ScrAPI provides a web scraping service that allows users to extract data from websites. Users purchase monthly subscription credits to make API calls, which retrieve HTML or Markdown content.

Credits are deducted per successful API call and do not expire. No credits are deducted for unsuccessful API calls that do not return HTML content.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of ScrAPI, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

DevEnterprise Software Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

4. Payment Terms

ScrAPI offers various subscription plans. Payments are securely processed through third-party payment processors. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your chosen plan.

DevEnterprise Software Limited is not responsible for errors made by third-party payment processors.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and tools provided by ScrAPI are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. DevEnterprise Software Limited retains ownership of all intellectual property related to our services.

Users retain ownership of the websites and applications they create using our tools.

6. Limitation of Liability

DevEnterprise Software Limited provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to misuse, unethical use, loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services.

10. Refund Policy

If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your subscription and request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase without providing any reason. This cancellation period expires 14 days after the completion of the transaction.

To cancel your subscription, please email support@scrapi.tech with details of the transaction you would like to be refunded. We will use a contact form available through our authorized reseller to complete your refund as soon as possible.

Please note that the right to cancel applies only to the initial subscription purchase and not to subsequent automatic renewals.

If you cancel your subscription within the permitted period, you will be reimbursed for all payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to cancel.

The reimbursement will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, and no fees will be incurred for the refund.

Exception: Your right to cancel does not apply if you have started downloading, streaming, or otherwise acquiring the digital content or if you have already used the services purchased.
